#5.) Utilizing full-time stars to their highest potential

Paul Heyman probably knows that having a part-time champion won’t help programming and may even be relieved that he has a full-time star in Seth Rollins as his World Champion. He seems to have an eye for talent and is keen on pushing the current superstars that he has. This is something that is long overdue and a direction that WWE has had to take for a while.

It’s been a while since they really pushed former NXT talent hard and now there is a big opportunity to do exactly that. It’ll be interesting to see how it goes.
