My 2010 Ring of Honor Experience

The fact is I have something in common with everyone in ROH. We are all working on improving. I’m trying to be better, Jim Cornette is driven to prove that wrestling still has a role in the cultural landscape of the 21st century, despite criminal negligence from others who have looked to kill the golden goose and the roster of amazing athletes wants to show night in and night out that they are the best in the world at what they do.

What will 2011 bring for ROH? The addition of Charlie Haas and Shelton Benjamin is huge for ROH. Young stars like Adam Cole and Kyle O’Reilly are wowing fans with an up-tempo style and great energy. Kenny King and Rhett Titus have matured and now are poised to ascend to the top of the card.

A true blue-chipper was discovered in “The Prodigy” Mike Bennett, who signed with ROH late in 2010. Bennett has all the tools for superstardom and the comparisons between the Prodigy and the Rock are not accidental. With “Brutal” Bob Evans as his trainer and mentor, Bennett will look to make good on his pledge to become the ROH World Champion within a year.

Yes, we will continue to talk about all things WWE and TNA here on Wrestlezone.com but if you ever want to yak at me about ROH, send me a tweet @rohkkelly. Email me too… kevinfsu90@yahoo.com

Happy New Year from Kevin Kelly and let’s resolve to set goals and work hard to achieve them in 2011!
