One Awesome Step Up
As much as I found humor in Vince changing his mind YET AGAIN and re-writing the Raw script that originally had Brodus Clay taking John Morrison out this week, I'm glad he did it. I am once again sold on Miz.
Personally, I think they allowed Jo-Mo too much offense and I wanted to see Miz go even further with his vicious attack, but the promo after the beatdown saved it. Short, sweet, direct – the only qualities it needed to have.
I still think Miz would be better off with a bodyguard figure behind him (where in the world could we find someone like that???), but my biggest wish is that they start treating him like a Champion again..even if he's not one.
Rumor has it Miz is supposed to begin working a program with Punk sometime soon. PLEASE do not let that happen. It would (and should) ONLY benefit Punk. Miz will gain nothing if it takes place before he can build back some credibility as a legitimate contender. Let Miz continue his random attacks until Truth returns. Then, let Miz go over as he has the bigger upside.
Oh yeah..and turn Miz face. (To be continued…)
