Number 5: Wade Barrett is missing “it”

Wade Barrett is a guy who can be as physical as anybody in the ring. His aggression and pure brawling ability is different than most, but why isn’t he getting the push? Since WWE gave Damien Sandow the briefcase, it told us so much about what they think of Barrett. If anytime would be right for Wade to be chasing a world championship, it would have begun on Sunday. Wade Barrett is missing something and I think I see what WWE sees. I like Barrett but he is missing the desire. I really cannot recall a match with Barrett where I think to myself “wow, he really wanted that match.” He looks like he is going through the motions and letting his raw talent take over a match. There is plenty of time for him to turn it around, but I want to see Barrett looks like he cares about what he is doing. Maybe WWE sees that, too. That is my theory.

Currently, Josh Isenberg works for Major League Baseball in their Advanced Media Productions. He grew up in Pittsburgh and went to Point Park University, which is where Chair Shot Reality is filmed each week.
His life outside of his obsession with wrestling include being a savant for Seinfeld, NFL, NBA, MLB and many television shows. He also has an undying love for musicals, which includes many shows he was a part of in high school. Some of his favorite wrestling moments can be linked to such superstars as Edge, The Rock, Bret Hart, Shawn Michaels and The Great Khali.
