Isenberg and Killam Predict WWE SummerSlam: What Should and Will Happen

Isenberg & Killam Predict:
WWE SummerSlam 2013

WWE’s second biggest annual pay-per-view event is back, and so are Mike Killam and Josh Isenberg, set to run down all the SummerSlam action and give their completely objective, totally unbiased and professional opinions and predictions. Zero shenanigans; we are all about the professionalism this weekend.

Ok…maybe some shenanigans. Here’s a classy picture of Mike in a unicorn mask:

The Kick-Off Show

Dean Ambrose (c) vs. Rob Van Dam

Isenberg: This is going to be a fun match to watch, even if it is only on the “SummerSlam Kickoff.” It is very obvious that Rob Van Dam is filling the veteran shoes of Chris Jericho. I think his return has been very successful in terms of the matches he has fought in. I would love to see both of these guys have more importance and relevance in the second biggest event of the year, but it seems like they are going to be used to fight for 10-15 minutes to get the LA crowd going early in the day. Ambrose will pick up the victory in controversial fashion, thanks to outside interference.

Killam: I’m not sure why I’m so upset that these two are wrestling on the pre-show. It really doesn’t matter – you’re all streaming the show or reading written results anyways; YouTube has better quality. The match is taking place at SummerSlam and is available for everyone to watch. So what’s the problem? I guess maybe it’s just some perceived level of importance. Either way, it’ll be a good match, of that I have no doubt. Ambrose will retain, because there’s no sense in him not doing so. I doubt he’ll do it clean though.
