This match lived up to what I thought it was going to be. This was also the first time that I saw SOMETHING in Erick Rowan. Rowan put on his best performance in the ring tonight with his size and build really taking over the smaller guys. Daniel Bryan was the weaker link early in the match. He would finally get a hot tag to Punk for Punk to begin to unload on Rowan. Back and forth we go, the match was slow and methodical. The crowd was quiet because they knew the match was only going to get better and better, which it did. Luke Harper put on another great performance. It looked like he tweaked his knee, which concerned me. He hit a massive powerbomb from the top rope and locked in some submission moves as well. Bray Wyatt was great at telling the story from the outside. His yelling, talking to himself and moaning was perfect. The intrigue with Wyatt is that WWE is holding him out of the ring until the absolute right time. Punk hits GTS onto Harper for the win. I would have rather seen Bray Wyatt cost the faces the match. Let him distract and have his family pick up the victory. It would do more for The Wyatt Family to win than Punk and Bryan. They are already established. Nonetheless, the match was really entertaining and kept my interest the entire time.

Grade: B+

WWE Championship Boredom

Randy Orton defeated The Big Show. The crowd tells you all you need to know. After about 7-8 minutes, the "boring" chants filled the arena. Orton messed up a hanging DDT, while Big Show could not keep up with the much faster opponent. It just seemed like they were always off by a step. The Authority comes out and Big Show is distracted. Randy Orton hits an RKO for the win. After the match, John Cena comes out and gets in the ring with Orton. They stare each other down and pander to the crowd.

THIS IS TOO SOON. November? WWE is teasing a WrestleMania XXX match at Survivor Series in November? Rock vs. Cena is a completely different argument, so save your breath. Now, we are going to assume that every WWE or World Heavyweight Championship match will be won by Cena and Orton. Let the discussion begin…will there be a unification match? Do we want to see Cena vs. Orton?
