Isenberg Reacts: WWE Raw “Surprise Returns Shake The Core”

8 Man Tag Team Match

sheamusFaces and Heels do battle in a big 8 man tag team match pitting opponents from the night before. A few things stuck out to me.

Kevin Owens just gets it, gets the business and gets what to do in the ring to get the crowd excited. He and Cesaro could continue their feud, but I do see Owens moving on. I would suggest him vs. Ryback, but it would literally be a face/heel double turn and WWE does not want that. I can also see Kevin Owens and Randy Orton doing battle, with Sheamus facing Ryback. Just because he is holding the briefcase does not mean he can’t chase a title he once held.

All in all, a good match but many questions are floating about who faces who next. Great problem to have, even though it may give matchups that not many people will want to see.

Brock Lesnar Wants The Undertaker Again

Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman kick off Raw in dramatic fashion and talk about the controversy of last night. It leads to them calling out The Undertaker and Bo Dallas comes out. Yes, he gets destroyed.

I know that WWE will have to book a third and final match, but I wonder what the point is. Just to break a 1-1 split? Do people want to see a third contest? This one was what we should have seen at WrestleMania XXX and it delivered. I just wonder what else can we see.

It would have to be a Casket, Buried Alive or Hell in a Cell match. Health is the primary concern. Can Undertaker hold up again against a physical specimen like Brock Lesnar?
