Isenberg Reacts: WWE RAW “Retirement, Heel Turn and Brock Lesnar”

Bray Wyatt vs. Ryback

wwe smackdown

Ryback hits a big boot to Bray and then shoulders into his stomach. He heads up top and lands on his feet with a shoulder tackle. He slams him down and gets a one count. He heads up top and Bray Wyatt clotheslines him as RAW heads to a commercial. Bray hits another clothesliune and gets into the mind of the big guy. Ryback turns the tables and hits a few running high knees. He throws his shoulder into him and the a flying cross body. He hits a Spinebuster for a two count. Bray catches him and then hits Sister Abigail for the win.

I will be the first to say Ryback looked GREAT tonight. He looked fast, impactful and much more athletic. He seems to have a bit of muscle to gain some speed. Bray Wyatt is such a great heel and great character that he does not have to do much in the ring to make the match intriguing. With The Wyatt’s taking Ryback, it just seems they are keeping warm by taking out some above average names. It makes sense, but also wish that they had credible wins under their belts.

Titus O’Neil vs. Adam Rose

Titus makes quick work of Adam Rose. Tossing him around the ring, slaps to the chest, a few clotheslines and a spine buster. Rose got a few quick moves in, but it was the same typical match that we have gotten over the past month aside from Titus taking the loss. Seriously. A roll-up from Adam Rose gives the heel the win.

Again, I like the idea of Titus getting some time each week, but not having a credible opponent each week will stunt his growth. A loss here does what exactly for all parties involved? This missed the mark for me.
