Isenberg Reacts: Impact Wrestling “New Champions Change The Culture”

Drew Galloway Retains

Drew Galloway vs. Tyrus kicked off TNA Sacrifice. Right off the bat, I was surprised to see this kick off the night. I like Drew, I really do, but they are giving him very unimportant matches and time on the card. Think of it like this: When was the last time you saw any WWE World Heavyweight Championship match kick off Raw or Smackdown? You have to put importance in on your champion, make him the MAIN EVENT. That is the real problem I have here. Placement on the card should actually mean something.

The match showcased more of what Tyrus can bring to the table and he put on a good performance. There was little reason to think that he could actually win, but a good performance nonetheless. Drew can now focus on Lashley, who is a legit opponent for Galloway. If done properly, Lashley could be built back up to a dominant performer.

BroMans are Back, Rosemary Debuts

The BroMans are back, with Jesse and Robbie E on Eli Drake’s show. Funny enough, this gimmick has still not gotten old to me. They have such charisma and such enjoyment in what they do that it shows. This is good for the tag team division and good for Eli Drake. Drake has the potential to be a really good heel, but I do think that he needs to find a guy that helps him become a credible tag team. With Beer Money gone, there is a slight void in the division. Continue to build it up and continue to add new and veteran pieces to a thriving division in TNA. Creativity and originality is something that the tag division has.

Speaking of creativity, Rosemary debuts and beats Gail Kim. Thanks to Maria, Kim takes the loss and her feud will continue with Maria. There is not a better character than Maria. She is believable and her at the helm of the division will help everyone else feel important and different.
