Women Sign and Women Fight

The contract is signed, which I did not understand because usually this happens for a championship match. Anyways, I find it funny that “The Welcoming Committee” is more concerned about Charlotte than the women’s champion, Naomi. A little backwards thinking, but I understand it. I do think that Carmella and Ellsworth are a really good pairing. They make you want to hate them and make you want to see who can get their hands on them. It is simple heel booking and it is working quite effectively.

We saw Carmella pick up a heelish win over the champion and more skepticism if the faces can co-exist on Sunday. The egos are all over this division and, even though it was not my favorite 15 minutes of the night, it helped build more to the match on Sunday. I feel like the match is more of “who might turn” on their partner. If I had to guess, I can see Charlotte walking out on her team. She is too good to be a full face right now. I just find it interesting that they would turn their BEST heel in WWE so quickly upon debuting on WWE Smackdown Live. Sunday could be useless or it could be something building to a bigger picture. I think it might just be the prior.

Dolph Ziggler Shows Off

Dolph Ziggler shows a highlight reel, which is nothing, of Shinsuke Nakamura on Smackdown Live. He tosses to a video of his career accomplishments and talks about beating Nakamura on Sunday. As much as I am looking forward to this match, I do want WWE Smackdown to go “full throttle” with Nakamura after Sunday.There should not be this huge gap in seeing him weekly on Smackdown Live. I like the idea of holding off the match, but there needs to be more live speaking, crowd reaction and more emphasis on his character development and connection with the crowd.

Can Ziggler and Nakamura be the final match on Sunday?

Aside from working with WrestleZone, Isenberg began his career in Broadcast Journalism interning at ESPN and worked with CBS Radio for three years. He has also had the opportunity to interview some of the best athletes and performers alive, including Andrew McCutchen, Ben Roethlisberger, Chris Jericho, Billy Gunn, Karl Anderson, Matt Hardy, Steven Strasburg and others.

Currently, Josh Isenberg works for Major League Baseball in their Advanced Media Productions. He grew up in Pittsburgh and went to Point Park University, which is where Chair Shot Reality is filmed each week.

His life outside of his obsession with wrestling include being a savant for Seinfeld, NFL, NBA, MLB and many television shows. He also has an undying love for musicals, which includes many shows he was a part of in high school. Some of his favorite wrestling moments can be linked to such superstars as Edge, The Rock, Bret Hart, Shawn Michaels and The Great Khali.
