#2.) vs Neville – NXT Takeover: REvolution
Sami Zayn’s NXT title feud with Neville was easily the best feud of the yellow brand in the early era. Zayn was chasing the NXT title and had found himself becoming the overwhelming fan favorite. However, he put a lot of pressure on himself to get the job done and vowed that if he wouldn’t win the title, he would leave NXT voluntarily.
The feud was intense and the match turned out to be even more so. At the end of a dramatic bout, Zayn would finally beat Neville to reach the top of the NXT mountain. It was one of the greatest feel-good moments in NXT history, but it wouldn’t last as the newly debuted Kevin Owens would turn on Zayn and begin their rivalry.
