#4.) AJ Lee – Main Event 2014
In early 2014, Kaitlyn had decided to end her tenure with WWE. Citing personal issues, she stated that she was in a downward slump, physically and mentally and rightfully decided that it was time to focus more on her life outside. As we know, WWE’s schedule on the road is extremely demanding and exhausting.
She would leave on her own terms, which not many superstars can say they do. She would have her final match against AJ Lee, her greatest rival on a taped episode of Main Event. In a quick seven-minute bout, AJ Lee would once again get a quick one over Kaitlyn, putting an effective end to their rivalry.
After their match, AJ Lee had a genuine moment of embrace with Kaitlyn, seemingly telling her that she’ll be missed. In storyline, however, it was just a distraction as Tamina Snuka superkicked her right after that.
