Seth Rollins spoke with San Diego’s The Show on Rock 105.3 to build hype for WWE TLC and not only talked about his feud with Dean Ambrose, but talked about the appeal of Becky Lynch and how it took the company a little bit to catch up with the fan’s craving for “The Man.” Seth had the following to say regarding the matter (transcription credit goes to Fightful)

“One thing that we as a company miss sometimes are these storytelling points. It goes over the heads of our writers sometimes, it’s just what the story is,” said Rollins. “Becky’s story is super relatable. When she talks about being in Charlotte Flair’s shadow, that’s a real story that people see and relate to. It took some time for our team to catch on to what was really going on. We have this weird enmeshment of reality and storytelling that no other entertainment industry has. It’s hard to figure that out sometimes. We’ve got it now. Becky is straight fire. She’s the Man.”

In the interview, Seth also talks about Brock Lesnar as WWE Universal Champion, his knee injury and his Shield brother Roman Reigns.

WWE Superstar joined us in studio. He talked about whether it’s easier being hated or loved by the fans. The departure of Roman Reigns and his feud with Dean Ambrose, his all time favorite fight, and his thoughts on Brock Lesnar as the universal Champion.
