WWE superstar Titus O’Neil and the NFL’s Tampa Bay Buccaneers announced that the two have partnered together to provide more than 15,000 children with free health services, backpacks, and school supplies during a Back to School celebration. The bash took place today from 8:01 am to 2:01 pm EST, and was held at Raymond James Stadium.
Thanks to the partnership between the pair and AdventHealth, 200 free sport and school entry physicals for students, as well as free health screenings for parents, took place. The Bullard Family Foundation also participated, giving out free haircuts, dental cleanings, and more than 15,000 backpacks filled with school supplies and food.
“I’m honored and thrilled to be doing this huge event for the second year in a row with AdventHealth and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers,” said O’Neil. The partnership is a great thing for not only O’Neil – who is a Florida native – but for the children as well. With a return to school coming up right around the corner, the Bucs and O’Neil helped make sure some students and parents wouldn’t have to burden themselves too much to start.
