Braun Strowman Saves Seth Rollins From The O.C.

On RAW this week, WWE United States Champion AJ Styles challenged WWE Universal Champion Seth Rollins to a match. In the main event, the two men resumed their rivalry from earlier this year.

Rollins dominated early on and proactively attacked the O.C. with a dive to the outside. But the distraction allowed Styles to take control of the match. Styles tried to hit the Styles Clash on the apron but Rollins tripped him up. The O.C. rolled Styles back into the ring and Rollins barely avoided getting counted out. A nasty rolling elbow and a Falcon Arrow got Rollins a near fall. The Phenomenal One nearly hit his famous forearm but Rollins rocked him with a superkick. Gallows knocked Rollins off the top rope and the referee sent the RAW Tag Team Champions to the back. Another kick dropped Styles but the O.C. attacked the Universal Champion to end the match.

Gallows and Anderson beat Rollins down but Ricochet tried to make the save. He became a victim of the O.C.’s numbers advantage and the trio kept assaulting Rollins. Styles looked to plant the Universal Champion with a Styles Clash off the top but Braun Strowman ran to the ring and attacked the O.C. He slammed Styles and sent the O.C. packing. Strowman handed Rollins his championship and shook his hand.
