Shayna Baszler Makes Kairi Sane Tap Out In Front Of Becky Lynch

This week on WWE RAW, Shayna Baszler faced Kairi Sane. Baszler was scheduled to face Asuka, but Sane took her tag team partner’s place due to an injury. Before the match, Asuka said Baszler was lucky because of the injury. She also vowed to win at WWE Elimination Chamber and earn another match with WWE RAW Women’s Champion Becky Lynch. Baszler easily overpowered Sane early on and targeted her wrist. Asuka distracted Baszler, and Sane slapped her. A hurricanrana sent Baszler to the mat and Sane countered Baszler’s power until the Submission Magician dropped her with a spinebuster. Baszler grounded Sane and toyed with her.

The Submission Magician targeted Sane’s leg throughout the match. She wrenched Sane’s leg and stomped on it. Asuka distracted Baszler again but she maintained control. Lynch came to the stage and distracted Baszler again. Lynch joined the commentary team for the match. Sane rallied and dropped Baszler with a neckbreaker.

Baszler countered the Insane Elbow and locked in the Kirifuda Clutch. Sane tapped out to give Baszler the win in her first match on WWE RAW. Baszler locked it in again after the match.
