Before Gargano arrives at the empty arena, his wife Candice hands him a bag.
Tommaso Ciampa vs. Johnny Gargano
Ciampa gets the early advantage. Gargano goes low and attacks Ciampa’s previously injured knee. Ciampa suplexes Gargano into the ring post. Ciampa slides Gargano back into the ring. Before Ciampa can get in the ring, Gargano stomps him out. Ciampa falls to the outside. Gargano immediately hits a dive. Gargano sits on the apron and claps. Gargano asks “daddy” if that’s all he’s got. Gargano hits Ciampa with a trash can lid. Gargano follows that with a shot with a trash can. Gargano hits Ciampa in the knee with a chair.
Gargano hits Ciampa in the side of his head with the point of the chair. Gargano wedges the chair in the corner. Gargano tries to sends Ciampa into the chair but Ciampa reverses it. After the break, Gargano tries a dive but Ciampa hits him in the face with a trash can lid. Ciampa knees Gargano in the head with the trash can lid. Ciampa wraps a chair around Gargano’s neck and launches him into the ring post. Ciampa gives himself a round of applause before unloading on Gargano with stomp after stomp. Ciampa pulls a crutch out of nowhere. Ciampa chokes Gargano with the crutch. Ciampa screams that he finished that match just for Gargano. He did it for him with a torn ACL.
