A video package of Kenny King highlights open the show. King welcomes viewers and previews thw show. He says he’s been spending time with his family during quarantine. King discusses the first match on the show, his Ring of Honor World Championship match with Jay Lethal.

King takes Lethal down with a dropkick right away and sends Lethal to the outside. He hits a corkscrew dive over the top rope. Lethal suplexes King on the floor. Lethal rocks King with some uppercuts. King floors Lethal with a stiff punch and a dive off the apron. Back in the ring, King drops Lethal with a clothesline. The challenger grounds Lethal and takes control of the match. Lethal hits a cartwheel dropkick to gain some momentum. A backbreaker earns Lethal a one count. King gets a two count with a roll-up. He hits an exploder bomb into the corner. King slams Lethal with an emphatic spinebuster. King grounds Lethal again, but Lethal rallies and slams King for a two count.

Lethal hits a springboard dropkick and sends King to the outside. King tries to hit Lethal with the title belt, but the referee stops him. The distraction allows King to gain the upper hand. He sends Lethal shoulder-first into the corner. King targets Lethal’s shoulder to firmly take control. He talks trash and spits on Lethal. Both competitors trade blows, and King earns a two count with a Blue Thunder Bomb. Lethal hits a superplex. King blocks Hail to the King, but Lethal locks in a Figure Four. Lethal hits the Lethal Combination for a two count. King blocks the Lethal Injection and rocks Lethal with a stiff kick. King blocks the Lethal Injection again and hits a blockbuster for a two count. Lethal hits a missile dropkick and a Spicolli Driver. King counters Hail to the King into a pin attempt for a two count. The challenger counters the Lethal Injection and hits the Royal Flush for a near fall. Lethal rolls away from a Shooting Star Press and hits the Lethal Injection for a near fall. Lethal spits on King and punches him when he’s down. King flips Lethal off, and the champion angrily punches him. The referee gets knocked down, but Lethal stops King from using the title belt. King earns a three count, but the referee reverses the decision because King had his feet on the ropes. Lethal hits the Lethal Injection for the win.

Winner and still ROH World Champion: Jay Lethal

After the match, King blames the referee for his loss and says he never got his rematch. King recaps his victory in the Honor Rumble at G1 Supercard. King reflects on his rivalry with Lethal and says he was always one step ahead of Lethal. He looks back on his series victory over Lethal and says he should be the ROH World Champion.
