NXT’s second week of the Great American Bash keeps getting better.
WWE confirmed that Isaiah “Swerve” Scott will face off against former champion Johnny Gargano this Wednesday. The two were in a heated backstage exchange last week after Candice LeRae got into a brawl with Mia Yim. Now they’ll get to settle the score in solos competition.

The veteran Johnny Wrestling will likely look to teach Scott a thing or too, but he shouldn’t discount his opponent. After an impressive showing in the NXT Cruiserweight Title Tournament, “Swerve” has been reeling off victories left and right on 205 Live.
