On the most recent episode of WWE Raw, RETRIBUTION was unveiled. With new looks and intriguing name choices, many in and around wrestling were not sure how they felt about the new direction for the group. One person who was a fan however is NXT Superstar, Shotzi Blackheart.
Speaking with Pro Wrestling Sheet, Blackheart praised her former NXT comrades and their unique look.
“I think [their debut] was pretty badass. Dio looked like Predator. Everyone was wearing super cool masks. All of that appeals to me because I like the darker side of things and I’m for it,” she told us. “I like masks. I like all of the black. I like the crazy face paint that they’re doing. They’re wrecking stuff and just being destructive, I’m all for it. I’m like, where do I sign up?!”
A Battle Royal on tonight’s NXT will determine Io Shirai’s next Women’s Championship challenger.
