During Saturday’s Celebrity Sweat Flag Football Challenge, former NFL quarterback Doug Flutie secured another trophy for himself, as he took down R-Truth to become the newest WWE 24/7 Champion.
With various WWE superstars giving interviews during the events halftime break, R-Truth was surprised by a referee, before Flutie quickly rolled up the superstar from behind for the win. However, much like all 24/7 Championship reigns, it was short lived, as R-Truth would later roll Flutie up to win his title back.
The Celebrity Sweat Flag Football Challenge aired live on ESPNews, and featured the liked of Titus O’Neil, The Miz, Cesaro, and R-Truth.
