WWE has filed a trademark on “LA Night,” Eli Drake’s new name in NXT.
Ahead of WWE NXT TakeOver: Vengeance Day, news broke that the company signed Drake. He debuted on the Pre-Show of NXT TakeOver: Vengeance Day, and he also appeared in a taped segment on Wednesday night’s episode of NXT. Here is the official trademark:
“C 041. US 100 101 107. WWE had been spelling the name “LA Knight.” It’s unclear whether “Night” is the new spelling.
