Backstage, AJ Styles wants to know why the new interviewer, Kevin Patrick didn’t ask him about Randy Orton and Alexa Bliss. Styles says Bliss and The Fiend are tearing Orton apart, and this “voodoo magic” is ridiculous. Styles laughs, and Orton confronts him because he doesn’t see the humor in it. Styles calls Orton weak, and “The Viper” challenges Styles to a match. “The Phenomenal One” accepts.

The broadcast team confirms that the New Day will challenge Shelton Benjamin and Cedric Alexander for the RAW Tag Team Championship next week.

Xavier Woods (with Kofi Kingston) vs. Shelton Benjamin (with Cedric Alexander)

Benjamin quickly knocks Woods to the outside. Woods drops Benjamin with a kick to the face. “The Gold Standard” slams Woods and drills him with a knee to the face.

Benjamin grounds his opponent, but a jawbreaker gives Woods some breathing room. “The Gold Standard” talks some trash to Kingston, and Woods capitalizes by rolling Benjamin up for the win.

Winner: Xavier Woods

Backstage, Riddle says he’s not worried about Retribution, he’s worried about parking his scooter. He bumps into the New Day, and Kingston tells him to beat Slapjack like Easy Mac. He bumps Kingston’s fist and comes to the ring.

Riddle vs. Slapjack (with Mustafa Ali)

The broadcast team confirmed that Riddle will defend the United States Championship against Mustafa Ali next week. Riddle quickly takes control against Slapjack with a flurry of offense. He hits a Broton and a running kick. Slapjack punches Riddle’s foot and slams him onto the apron. He takes Riddle down with a dropkick.

Riddle catches a diving Slapjack with a powerbomb and a Final Flash knee. Another Final Flash knee and the Bro-Derek earn Riddle the victory.

Winner: Riddle

Ali scolds Slapjack after the match.

Backstage, Adam Pearce asks Shane McMahon what he wanted to say to Braun Strowman. McMahon tells Pearce to send Strowman to the ring so he can tell him what he wants to say.

McMahon returns to the ring, and Braun Strowman joins him. McMahon steps out of the ring to test his microphone and says he wants to get something off his chest. He states that he had fun last week, and he encouraged Strowman to do the same. McMahon says they have to get something done, but he doesn’t know if he can talk about it. He tells Strowman that he wants to reach an understanding with him.

McMahon assures Strowman that he doesn’t want to make him look stupid. He knows Strowman is upset with him, but he indirectly calls him stupid by offering a few sayings like “Stupid is as stupid does.” He still refuses to call Strowman stupid and mocks him.

Strowman chases McMahon to the back, but the chairman’s son escapes by seemingly driving away. But once Strowman walks away, McMahon reveals that he never left, and he calls Strowman stupid.

WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship: Lana and Naomi vs. Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler (c) (with Reginald)

Before the match, Jax introduces Reginald and says that she knows her way around a fine glass of wine. She asked him to accompany her to the ring for this match. Naomi takes the fight to Jax, and the challengers double-team “The Irresistible Force.”

Lana and Naomi take control against Baszler, and Naomi dives onto the champions at ringside. Baszler gains the upper hand by stomping Lana’s hand and grounding her. Lana rallies by kicking Baszler, and she tags Naomi. With a flurry of offense, Naomi clears house and floors Jax with a kick and a headscissors takedown.

Jax accidentally knocks Baszler off the apron, but Reginald distracts Naomi. Lana tags in and takes out Reginald, but Jax capitalizes on the distraction by slamming Lana for the win.

Winners and still the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions: Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler

In an interview backstage, Orton laughs off the idea that other Superstars are worried about his well-being. He vows to reintroduce AJ Styles to the three most dangerous letters in sports entertainment, “RKO.”
