Women’s Title Exchange And More Announced For 10/22 WWE SmackDown

Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair will officially swap their respective WWE Women’s Championships tonight on WWE SmackDown.

WWE confirmed the news with the following announcement on its website:

SmackDown could very well have a new Women’s Champion on its season premiere, and so will Raw !As Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch prepare to swap rosters, it appears a WWE Women’s Championship Title Exchange will take place tonight on SmackDown to ensure a smooth transition. Will Flair become the new SmackDown Women’s Champion and Big-Time Becks become Raw’s new Women’s Champion? Find out when it all goes down tonight at 8/7 C on FOX!

The wording of the announcement leaves some room for doubt, as it states that “it appears” the two stars will swap titles, so fans will just have to wait and see what happens.

Otherwise, Xavier Woods’ coronation as the King following his victory in the King of the Ring tournament has been confirmed for the show.
