Bully Ray On Braun Strowman Not Knowing His Own Strength: He Slammed Me So Hard, I Thought I Sh-t Out A Kidney

Braun Strowman might sometimes forget exactly how strong he really is.

Wednesday’s episode of Busted Open Radio saw a guest appearance from nZo, who got a phone call during the show from Braun Strowman. nZo didn’t take the call, but looked back on working with Braun in WWE and talked about Braun trusting him in the ring. Bully Ray then recalled the time he wrestled a young Strowman in WWE and said how strong he was, noting that he once got slammed so hard that he thought he lost an internal organ.

“Tommy, do you remember when we worked the Christmas show at the Garden, it was me, you, D-Von, I think Rhino versus the Wyatt Family? So nZo, front end of the match, Braun picks me up and bodyslams me, and nobody manhandles me in the ring. Nobody. I’ve only been manhandled in the ring by three people — Bam Bam Bigelow, Ron Simmons and Braun Strowman. He picked me up like my name was Spike Dudley, not Bubba Ray Dudley. He slammed me so hard, I thought I sh-t out a kidney,” Bully stated. “I legitimately thought an organ shot out of my ass.

“I crawled to the corner, I tagged out, match was over. I got in the back and basically went over and I grabbed him by the ear and I said, ‘Get over here. Don’t you ever slam me that f-cking hard again!’ And Braun is so cool, he’s like, ‘Bubba I’m sorry, I’m sorry…’ But dude, you ruptured my insides! That man does not realize how strong he is.”

nZo went on to say that when Braun picks an opponent up, he doesn’t realize how effortless it is, but he’s probably a lot more cognizant of the situation now.
