Tony Khan On How He Juggles Everything With AEW And Fulham: ‘I Drink A Lot Of Coffee’

Tony Khan explains how he’s able to find balance with everything he has brewing in his professional life.

During an appearance on Culture State Podcast, Tony Khan was asked how he juggles everything he’s responsible for in All Elite Wrestling and Fulham FC. Khan explained how he’s able to get things done during his daily grind and said it’s hard work, but it’s something he loves.

“Well it’s hard, I drink a lot of coffee,” said Khan. “And you know, I am the President and the Booker and CEO, and that’s a few different important jobs, and I run a lot of the departments in AEW myself, but I’m also the director of football and general manager and sporting director of Fulham, which is something I really care about,” Khan said before describing his responsibilities with the club. “So yeah it’s a lot of coffee and a lot of hard work, but I love it.”

Khan also spoke about AEW’s growth in the last year, adding that there’s been great success in 2021 but there’s more to come in the future.

“There’s a lot to come,” said Khan. “We’ve had so many great successes this year. We’ve hit high marks in attendance twice with Grand Slam and with The First Dance, so great events that set our records and great markets, New York and Chicago.

“It’s been a great year for AEW, and I look forward to another great year,” said Khan. “We also, this past year, it’s still 2021 for a little bit longer, we’ve expanded the programming so much now with Rampage. It’s such a huge part of the wrestling calendar every week. Now it’s part of so many fans’ lives around the world and all over America. And now we’re gonna expand even more with the Battle of the Belts and the Owen Hart Cup. And so I’m excited for the fans to find out more about what’s to come.”
