Ronda Rousey sure has a good sparring partner in the Queen of Spades. The former UFC star had recently recruited another former MMA talent in Shayna Baszler in an effort to ready herself for WrestleMania. Ronda will face SmackDown Women’s Title Match against Charlotte Flair in the main event at WrestleMania 38 and it’s Baszler who had Ronda think outside the box as she teaches the way of the ankle lock, something Ronda’s Judo background did not provide.
“Here’s the thing – at WrestleMania, this is what I know: Ronda Rousey’s toolbox is deeper than Charlotte Flair’ toolbox, that’s it,” Baszler said to Rousey. “Ronda is going to be the SmackDown Women’s Champion.”
“To see my friend, one of my closest friends, become a champion again, that’s just going to be a familiar feeling. I know exactly what that feels like.”
