After the May 6 episode of AEW Dynamite, All Elite Wrestling taped the May 4 episode of AEW Rampage from the Chesapeake Employers Insurance Arena in Baltimore, MD.

- Toni Storm and Ruby Soho defeat Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D. and Jamie Hayter; Storm pins Baker
- Tony Nese challenges Danhausen to a match next week
- HOOK defeatsJD Drake; Danhausen comes out after the match and askd HOOK to be in his corner next week. HOOK shoves Danhausen down; Danhausen leaves a bag of chips in the ring for HOOK, who picks it up and proceeds to drop it.
- Owen Hart Foundation Women’s Tournament Qualifier: Riho defeats Yuka Sakazaki
- Shawn Spears cuts a promo on Wardlow and shows a chair that says “giant killer” on it
- TNT Champion Scorpio Sky, Ethan Page, and Dan Lambert cut a promo in the ring. Lambert drags Baltimore, even though he’s from the city. Page says he’s gonna talk trash about Guevara and the crowd cheers. He says the mixed tag match is off. Frankie Kazarian interrupts and asks for his TNT Championship shot. Sky goes to answer, but Page stops him. Sky steps in and says things are gonna be different this time around, and he’s gonna be a fighting champion. The days of the title being passed around in the back like Tay Conti is done. He says he will face Kazarian next week. Lambert walks out, and Sky and Page have words off-mic, but they leave together.
- Jungle Boy comes out and brawls with Ricky Starks at the commentary table.
- Jay Lethal defeats Konosuke Takeshita; Satnam Singh, Sonjay Dutt, and Jay Lethal beat down Takeshita after the match. Orange Cassidy and Best Friends try to make the save, but Singh destroys them. Samoa Joe comes out and gets restrained by security guards.
