The duo of Riddle and Randy Orton — RK-Bro — opened up the May 11 episode of WWE RAW, where they said they would be taking over this week’s episode of WWE SmackDown to demand a Tag Team Championship Unification Match.
On the microphone, Orton said that despite losing to the Bloodline at WWE’s WrestleMania Backlash, “the war isn’t over.” Orton said that Roman Reigns called off the original unification match because he knew that RK-Bro would come out on top, and since the match was shut down, they would be coming to Friday’s SmackDown episode to force one to happen.
Later in the night, the duo then faced off against the Street Profits in a WWE RAW Tag Team Championship match, which they ended up winning thanks to some late help from Orton. After Montez Ford landed a huge splash on Riddle late, Orton dove in to break up the pin, before Riddle ended things with an RKO to Ford.
