On the June 22 episode, Cage explained why he turned on Jungle Boy the previous week. The veteran sent a heated message to his former ally and made it clear that he didn’t care about helping the young star; instead, he just cared about the money. Cage also brought up Jungle Boy’s father, Luke Perry, who passed away, and stated that he would be ashamed of his son if he was still alive.
In a tweet, AEW has announced that Cage will appear on the show for the second week in a row.
Following his betrayal of #JungleBoy (@boy_myth_legend) and his shocking comments last week, #ChristianCage (@Christian4Peeps) will appear Live on the #BloodAndGuts edition of Wednesday Night #AEWDynamite tomorrow night on @TBSNetwork at 8pm ET/7pm CT/8pm PT pic.twitter.com/B31xWlMpUO
