Evil Uno On Parker Boudreaux: He’s Incredible, He’s Making Great Strides

Evil Uno has been impressed by Parker Boudreaux.

The former Harland arrived in AEW in July, and he quickly aligned with Ari Daivari to become a key member of The Trustbusters. Since then, he has competed on AEW TV and officially signed with the company.

Speaking to Headlock at Gamescom, Evil Uno was asked about Boudreaux when the conversation focused on young wrestlers who are quickly finding success. Uno stated that Boudreaux is “incredible”, and while he’s still early in his career, he seems to have a good understanding of the business.

“I agree,” Uno said. “I didn’t really know about Parker until AEW brought him in, and he’s incredible. I will say, he’s very, very early on in wrestling, but he seems to understand it more than most people.”

He continued by noting that the wrestling world has changed a lot, as competitors help each other more than they used to. He then doubled back to Boudreaux and stated that he’s making “great strides.”

“When I started wrestling, you could only find a handful of people who were good who were willing to learn, kind of everyone was stepping on each other to try and see who was the top person,” Uno said. “Nowadays, within six months, you could figure out who you are because the world in wrestling is very giving, so another wrestler helps you way more than they used to when I started wrestling. So Parker could be literally our champion in a year and a half. I don’t know that yet. But he is definitely doing some great strides, and there’s a lot of guys out there that are just taking leaps ahead of people within months. It’s very, very cool to see.”

Prior to his arrival in AEW, Boudreaux signed with WWE in February 2021. The former college football player spent several months in developmental and debuted on NXT in October. He was featured as Joe Gacy’s enforcer for a few months before he was eventually released in April.
