Goodbye, Max Dupri. Hello, LA Knight.
Per Mike Johnson of PWInsider, Dupri is now listed as LA Knight on WWE’s internal roster. This shift comes in the aftermath of the September 30 episode of WWE SmackDown, where Dupri turned on the Maximum Male Models and walked out on the group. He has been teasing changing back to his Knight character in recent weeks, and the latest development on SmackDown suggests that this move is imminent.
Additionally, Johnson wrote that the Maximum Male Models are set to move forward with Maxxine Dupri, ma.cé and mån.sôör.
Dupri made his SmackDown debut in April and eventually formed the Maximum Male Models, with ma.cé and mån.sôör as his first two clients. Maxxine joined the trio in July.
