Zelina Vega recently got a chance to show her appreciation for anime.
WWE Superstar Zelina Vega appeared at the 7th Annual Crunchyroll Anime Awards which took place at the Grand Prince Hotel Shin Takanawa in Tokyo, Japan. This year’s event marked the first time the event was held in Tokyo.
Vega, a noted anime superfan, presented awards for “Best Anime Song” and “Best Romance” at the ceremony.
Zelina Vega was joined at the event by several notable names in entertainment. Super Bowl Champion JuJu Schuster-Smith and Detroit Lion Aidan Hutchinson, Finn Wolfhard of Stranger Things, and legendary director Robert Rodriguez were also on hand for the 2023 Crunchyroll Anime Awards.

During her appearance on IGN FanFest, Zelina Vega spoke about her desire to do voice acting in the future, calling it a dream of hers.
“So I actually really want to get into voice acting. Yes, I love it, and I’m a huge fan of Naruto and Demon Slayer, and I’m just like, man, it would be amazing to have this full circle of voicing a character and then cosplaying them in the ring. So if that is for Street Fighter in the future, maybe? Whether that’s for Naruto Ninja Storm or for maybe a Demon Slayer game or something like that. But I would love to voice a character and then cosplay them. That’s like my ultimate dream.”
