WWE RAW viewership increased in the aftermath of WWE SummerSlam.
Per Wrestlenomics, an average of 1.888 million viewers watched the show on August 7. This number is up from last week when 1.759 million viewers tuned in.
In the 18 to 49 demographic, RAW scored a 0.61 rating, which is also up from last week (0.53 rating in the same demographic). Both the total and the demographic numbers were RAW’s highest since June 26.
This Week’s WWE RAW
This week’s episode of WWE RAW opened with a promo from Cody Rhodes. He was interrupted by WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth “Freakin” Rollins. They were subsequently attacked by The Judgment Day, and Sami Zayn hit the ring.
Elsewhere on the show, Chad Gable won a fatal four-way to earn an Intercontinental Championship match against Gunther. Additionally, The New Day returned and defeated The Viking Raiders.
In the main event, Seth Rollins, Cody Rhodes, and Shinsuke Nakamura defeated The Judgment Day. Following the match, Nakamura turned heel and attacked Rollins.
