Thunder Rosa returned to the AEW ring for the first time in a year during tonight’s episode of AEW Collision.
In a match between Abadon and Jazmin Allure that ended with Julia Hart being attacked by both and Skye Blue making her way down to the ring to help out Hart in a shocking move, things got even more chaotic. With Abadon alone in the ring against Hart and Blue, Rosa stood up from the Spanish announce table and got involved.
Rosa helped Abadon clear out the ring, and afterward offered her hand out to shake. However, after the pair shook it off, the two superstars seemed to stare at one another in a way more intense manner. For Rosa, this was technically her first in-ring action since August 2022, when she was sidelined due to a back injury.
Since her injury, Rosa has had to relinquish the AEW Women’s World Championship, and has since been a member of the Spanish commentary team for AEW.
