TKO Responds To Latest Vince McMahon Lawsuit: We Take Ms. Grant’s Horrific Allegations Very Seriously

The TKO Group, which owns both WWE and UFC, has issued a statement regarding the latest lawsuit against Vince McMahon.

Earlier today, a lawsuit was filed against Vince McMahon and WWE by Janel Grant for sexual assault and sex trafficking. The news of this lawsuit was first reported by The Wall Street Journal.

While WWE representatives have yet to release a statement regarding today’s events, a representative of the TKO Group issued the following statement to Courthouse News:

“Mr. McMahon does not control TKO nor does he oversee the day-to-day operations of WWE,” the representative said. “While this matter pre-dates our TKO executive team’s tenure at the company, we take Ms. Grant’s horrific allegations very seriously and are addressing this matter internally.”

This latest Vince McMahon incident couldn’t have come at a worse time for WWE following their announcement of RAW moving to Netflix in 2025, The Rock joining TKO’s board of directors, and the Royal Rumble this Saturday.

Stay tuned to WrestleZone for more information as it becomes available.
