A Wrestling Match Took Place In The Middle Of A Rave

Imagine going to a rave only to find someone hitting a coast-to-coast on their opponent in a wrestling ring.

That’s exactly what happened in the clip you’re about to see. For context, the footage comes courtesy of an account called CRAVE RAVE, which showcases wrestling on “Fight Nights” at secret locations in the Bay Area, San Francisco. The latest event took place on September 27.

The clip shows the crowd going wild as a wrestler goes full Rob Van Dam with a coast-to-coast on their opponent. The best part? All of the action is happening right in front of a DJ set. Music and wrestling are, indeed, a match made in heaven (excuse the pun).

These Fight Nights seem like a fun spot for a date night after you match on Tinder. If all goes well, you can head home, turn on RAW on Netflix, and… well, you know the rest. If things don’t go according to plan, the ring is right there for you to sort out your differences.

After all, “Don’t try this at home” is what those who grew up during the Attitude Era were taught.

Shotzi reflects on her craziest matches

During a recent interview with WrestleZone, Shotzi Blackheart was asked about the craziest matches she’s competed in. It wasn’t at a rave, but she pointed out that working with glass in a death match was pretty crazy, noting how she got cut up during the bout.

“I want to say War Games. But, leaving WWE out of it, I just did a death match a couple of weeks ago. That’s probably the craziest. I have never done glass before that. And glass is no joke. It is pretty scary. It cut me up pretty bad, actually. Yeah, so death match wrestling is no joke.”

Shotzi also wrestled in her wedding dress after getting hitched in Las Vegas. Find out how she got WWE to make it happen here.
