Two AEW stars are set to open a unique business this week.
ABC 57 profiled Ruby Soho and Angelo Parker’s new business, a wrestling and board game-themed café called Victory Roll. The couple, credited as Jeff and Dory Parker, spoke with the outlet about the inspiration behind their new business.
Victory Roll is a place that people of all ages can enjoy. The cafe will feature hundreds of board games, food and specialty coffees. Local ties were important to the Parkers, who sourced food from a local bakery and had a nearby tattoo artist design their logo.
“We really wanted to bring something to Michiana that was unlike anything that was here,” Ruby Soho said.
“I think wrestling afforded my wife and I a life and ability to go into something like this,” Angelo Parker said. “And I think it would be a disservice not to pay homage to the thing that really helped us get here.”
Victory Roll opens on October 16.
Ruby Soho is currently on maternity leave, as the couple welcomed a daughter, Evie, on Halloween in 2024. The couple first shared that they were expecting by announcing it during the April 20, 2024 episode of AEW Rampage.
Parker last competed in AEW in April. There, he teamed with Matt Menard in a loss to FTR on the April 12, 2025 episode of AEW Collision.
