Our WWE NXT results for tonight include Keanu Carver clashing with Tank Ledger, Niko Vance taking on Shiloh Hill, NXT Tag Team Championships #1 contenders match featuring Sean Legacy and Dorian Van Dux taking on DarkState, Birthright, and OTM, NXT Women’s North American Championship #1 Contenders Match pitting Layla Diggs against Izzi Dame, Lizzy Rain, and Thea Hail, and Nattie challenging Kendal Grey for the NXT Women’s Championship. Here’s our review and grades for tonight’s show, live from the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida.

WWE NXT Results:
NXT kicks off with former Evolve Women’s Champion Kali Armstrong is standing in the ring. Armstrong notes that watching Kendal Grey win the championship has just given her the best first target. Armstrong notes that after taking out the champion, everyone was talking about her. She’s ready to get what she deserves, and Armstrong is ready for the NXT Championship. Armstrong doesn’t care who it is; she has something for both those heffers either way (Grey or Nattie). The former champion, Lola Vice, is out next. Vice tells Armstrong she has to wait in line. She’s going to be watching the match tonight. Armstrong tells Vice that she’s going to watch the match. Kelani Jordan is out next. A fight breaks out. Jordan and Vice trade strikes. Armstrong runs over both women with a double clothesline, followed by a Double Pounce.
Grade: C
This segment was rough. Give Armstrong a few more dominant wins before having her cut promos in the ring. Actions speak louder than words.

NXT Tag Team Championships #1 Contenders Match | Sean Legacy and Dorian Van Dux vs. DarkState vs. Birthright vs. OTM
A fast-paced match with a ton of back-and-forth, with everyone landing dives, including Osirus landing dives. Saquon Shugars appears, but gets run off by Dion Lennox before he can attack DarkState. Everyone fights off except for Connors (who is laid out in the ring) and the tandem of Legacy and Dux. Dux and Legacy hit their finish on Connors for the win.
Winners- Sean Legacy and Dorian Van Dux
Grade: C+
Standard car crash multi-team match here. Shocking to see Legacy and Dux win this, but OTM can’t win anything ever, so it shouldn’t be that shocking.
Keanu Carver vs. Tank Ledger
Carver obliterates Ledger and gets the win after a spinebuster.
Winner- Keanu Carver
Grade: B
Grand opening, grand closing.
NXT Women’s North American Championship #1 Contenders Match | Layla Diggs vs. Izzi Dame vs. Lizzy Rain vs. Thea Hail
Everyone shines in this one, with each woman getting extended periods of holding the ring. The finish comes as Rain catches Hail with Thunderstruck. Dame surprises Rain with a running knee that sends both women out of the ring. Diggs nails Hail (giggity) with a beautiful moonsault for the win.
Winner and NEW number one contender, Layla Diggs!
Grade: B
What a fun match. Everyone was clicking on all cylinders, with Diggs standing out. Diggs looked so good that it seemed inevitable she wasn’t going to win this match. Happy history was proven wrong tonight.
Niko Vance vs. Shiloh Hill
Vance gets the win after a distraction from Tristian Angels and a Hidden Blade.
Winner- Niko Vance
After the match, Hill chases Angels off. Shawn Spears appears and attacks Vance with a chair.
Grade: C+
Perfectly fine TV match. Not much to report here, despite Spears’ return here. It’s just leading to Vance beating Spears into paste.
NXT Women’s Championship Match | Kendal Grey (c) vs. Nattie
Nattie is all over Grey as soon as the bell rings, taking her down to the mat and working a few submissions. Grey fires up and locks in an ankle lock. Nattie breaks the hold, sending Grey out of the ring. Nikkita Lyons and Karmen Petrovic try to attack Grey. Wren Sinclair and Lola Vice make the save. After the break, Grey fires up, but gets locked in the Sharpshooter. Grey gets to the ropes. Nattie and Grey trade pin attempts. Nattie walks right into Shade of Grey! Grey pins Nattie.
Winner and STILL NXT Women’s Championship, Kendal Grey!
As Nattie is walking up the ramp, Jaida Parker has a staredown with Nattie. All of Grey’s challengers surround the ring.
Grade: B
Good match. Nattie makes a good challenger for Grey, with their similar styles. We need to see this one again, with an extra 10 minutes.
