TMZ Covers MVP Signing with New Japan Pro Wrestling

Hollywood’s undisputed heavyweight champion of gossip sites TMZ reported on former WWE United States Heavyweight Champion MVP signing with New Japan Pro Wrestling. The celebrity website, which has been doing more wrestling coverage lately, is reporting MVP will start in New Japan during the month of February, and has signed for one year.

MVP is still allowed to use his name, which is an exception to the rule implemented by WWE Chairman Vince McMahon. During his time in WWE, MVP went from a heavily pushed newcomer to a person "in the doghouse," to a superstar who earned everyone’s respect with the way he handled being in the doghouse. It’s said he left WWE on the best possible terms, and the door is open for his return at anytime.
