The Wrestling Observer is reporting that Bryan Danielson does have a standard 90 day no-compete clause with WWE, however it only prevents him from working for TNA. This is the reason why he has been booked by several indy promotions, as his WWE contract does allow him to work for promotions without TV deals. His no-compete clause is said to be expiring on September 11th.
