SEGMENT: Little People’s Court #2
We’re back in the "court room" and Hunter says that he thinks all of this is a little misunderstanding. Shawn cuts him off for using "little" and he keeps going messing up by making short jokes. Shawn takes over and he doesn’t do any better. Hornswoggle then cuts in and points to the tv again. This time the replay shows Hunter hitting the Pedigree on Hornswoggle and carrying him off in a stretcher as Exhibit B. We’re back and the verdict is guilty. Shawn says he knows what they are trying to do…get Hornswoggle into DX and if that’s going to happen, he’s going to have to do something big to prove he’s worthy. They then start throwing cups at them and they run out of the room. They then come out from under the ring. Hunter says that was "freaky" and asks what they are doing running from a punch of little people. All of a sudden, Shawn gets pulled down from someone under the ring and Hunter helps him back out. The two of them run to the back.
We cut to John Cena in the back and he’s taking on Jack Swagger next

John Cena vs Jack Swagger
Jack Swagger gets the early advantage taking Cena down with some kicks and punches. Cena throws him over the top rope though and we cut to another break. When we get back, Swagger is in control wearing Cena down with an armlock. Cena gets to his feet and backs Swagger into the corner. He then charges Swagger, but Swagger takes him up with a big slam. He then takes Cena to the corner and hits some punches to the face and body. The ref backs him up for a second, but he comes back and whips Cena into the corner. He tries to follow it, but Cena moves. Swagger reverses one of Cena’s irish whips and delivers a sidewalk slam. He applies the same double armlock again.
Cena gets back to his feet and is starting to overpower Swagger, before Swagger drags him back down by the arm and puts the armlock on yet again. Cena back to his feet again, ducks a clothesline and hits a belly-to-belly suplex. He whips Swagger into the corner, charges, but is met with a boot to the face. Swagger sets Cena up by the ropes, runs and launches off the second rope for a big splash. He connects but only gets a two count. When Cena gets up, he goes for his gut wrench suplex, but Cena counters with a back bodydrop. When they get back up, Cena hits all of his shoulder blocks and then his slam. He gets the Five Knuckle Shuffle and tries the Attitude Adjustment, but Cena counters. He hits a big running slam and goes for a pin. Two count. He sits Cena up on the top rope and is trying for a superplex, but Cena knocks him off. He goes for his leg drop, but Swagger moves out of the way. Swagger goes for the second rope splash again, but Cena moves and applies the STF. Swagger taps, Cena wins.
