Ric Flair Talks ROH Management, WWE Status & Future, More

The following is an excerpt from an article in the Poughkeepsie Journal:

Flair added he has the utmost respect for Cary Silkin and the Ring Of Honor promotion in Philadelphia.

"The thing about the product I like the most is the people who own the company," Flair said. "It’s high-level, professional-thinking people."

Flair said the thing he misses most about being in World Wrestling Entertainment is the camaraderie he shared with some of the wrestlers he became close with over the years, namely Batista, Triple H and Shawn Michaels.

Flair said he is only a phone call away.

"Whatever the company wants, I’ll be there," Flair said, noting that he doesn’t presently have a contractual relationship with the company. He last appeared for them at WrestleMania XXV, working the corner for his friends "Superfly" Jimmy Snuka, "Rowdy" Roddy Piper and Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat as they faced Chris Jericho. "I love working for them, whether it’s public relations or TV, I’m always going to be there. I’m extremely loyal to them and we have a wonderful relationship."
