Ric Flair’s ROH Debut, Next Set Of ROH TV Tapings & Much More

Ring of Honor finished the post-production for the ROH on HDNet series this past weekend. The series is set to debut next Saturday, March 21st on HDNet at 8PM with an 11PM replay (along with another replay the following week). The first show will feature Jerry Lynn vs. Delirious, Jimmy Jacobs vs. Tyler Black, Sami Callahan vs. Kenny King and Bret Albright vs. Rhett Titus.

Ric Flair will be making his ROH debut tomorrow night in Collinsville, IL. Flair will be doing an autograph signing before the show and some kind of promo for the live crowd as well. Ring of Honor has run videos of Flair talking about Larry Sweeney and Nigel McGuinness, so there’s a chance that will be the direction planned.

Tickets for the St. Louis show for ROH have picked up due to word-of-mouth of Flair’s appearance. Scheduled for the St. Louis show is: Nigel McGuinness vs. Brent Albright, Bryan Danielson vs. Bison Smith in a grudge match based on Smith’s recent attacks, Tyler Black & Jerry Lynn vs. The Age of the Fall, ROH Tag Team champions Kevin Steen & El Generico & Bobby Dempsey vs. The American Wolves & Chris Hero, Roderick Strong vs. Jay Briscoe, Claudio Castagnoli vs. Kenny Omega vs. Silas Young vs. Austin Aries, SHIMMER champ MsChif vs. Daizee Haze, Rhett Titus & Kenny King vs. Irish Airborne.

ROH will make its’ official debut in Indianapolis at the Indiana State Fairgrounds (the Farm Bureau Building) on March 14th with ROH champion Nigel McGuinness and Austin Aries vs. Jerry Lynn and Tyler Black, ROH tag-champs Kevin Steen and El Generico vs. Kenny King and Rhett Titus, Bryan Danielson vs. Kenny Omega vs. Claudio Castagnoli in a triple-threat match, Jay Briscoe vs. Chris Hero and Roderick Strong & Brent Albright vs. The American Wolves.

Other upcoming dates are 3/20 in Elizabeth, PA., 3/21 in New York City, plus 4/3 and 4/4 in Houston, Texas during WrestleMania weekend.

The next ROH on HDNet tapings at the former ECW Arena will be on 4/9 and 4/10.
