GWH Radio Network Set to Launch in January

Beginning on January 4, 2009, Georgia Wrestling Historyâs new project, the GWH Radio Network, will debut. The GWH Radio Network brings you a variety of radio shows almost every night of the week. More information will be made available within the next week or two regarding these shows. However, a brief overview of what you can expect:

MMA Sunday

GWH is teaming with the Canvas Chronicleâs Ric Gillespie to bring you a weekly recap of events in the world of mixed martial arts, the latest news, and previews of things to come, as well as occasional guests. MMA Sunday, hosted by Gillespie, will air each Sunday night at 9:00 PM ET beginning January 4.

Shot in the Dark

Jimmy Rave will be hosting Shot in the Dark, where he will bring listeners closer to the action, through his own experiences, as well as from insight of his guests. Shot in the Dark debuts on January 5 and will air on Mondays at 9:00 PM ET when Rave is not booked elsewhere.

Dan Masters Live

Whenever something garners an opinion, Dan Masters is always quick to make certain his is heard, and wherever there is something big going on, he seems to find his way to it. A blend of wrestling and entertainment news and information, Dan Masters Live will be broadcast each Tuesday at 9:00 PM ET starting on January 6.

Peach State Pandemonium

Hosted by Rich Tate and Les Thatcher, GWHâs anchor show â” Peach State Pandemonium, which has been in production since its launch in March 2008 â” will resume following a brief holiday break on January 7 at 9:00 PM ET. PSP has become known as a show that presents opinion-based commentary, interviews with stars both past and present, and a recurring segment known as the Wayback Machine, which covers topical discussion with pivotal figures from the past, and can be heard each Wednesday night.

The NoseBleed Section

On Thursday nights at 9:00 PM ET beginning January 15, the NoseBleed Section debuts with hosts by John â~Stoneyâ Cannon and Joe â~Jocoâ Cowart. The NoseBleed Section will be a tongue-in-cheek look at the world of pro wrestling much the same way the Soup looks at entertainment and the Colbert Report sees politics.

PSP Fix

Each Saturday before a PPV from World Wrestling Entertainment or Total Nonstop Action, Rich Tate talks to the Wrestling Observerâs Dave Meltzer to get insight, predictions, expectations, etc., of the event, as well as other top stories going on in the world of pro wrestling. Often, other top stories merit the need for a PSP Fix as well, so stay tuned to GeorgiaWrestlingHistory.com for show schedules.
