PWInsider.com is reporting that media outlets in Mexico are claiming that Dos Caras Jr. has officially signed a WWE contract which is expected to go into effect in January 2009. Caras Jr. recently said in an interview that he plans on fulfilling some prior Mexican dates before making the transition to WWE, and his debut with the company is expected to be on or around the Royal Rumble PPV.
