A Pinellas County Circuit Court judge ruled Thursday that Hulk and Linda Hogan don’t have to go through with their Las Vegas condo purchase. Hulk didn’t want to go through with the deal despite already paying a $840,000 down payment that can’t be refunded. Linda wanted Hulk to have to buy the condo. But Linda also scored as the judge ruled that Hulk will have to pay her $40,000 a month for living expenses starting September 1st. Linda will also have use of the couple’s house in Belleair Bluffs while Hogan will have use of their Clearwater condo. Hulk will also have to pay all of Linda’s utilities, water, phone, and sewer services fees and her household help.
