MVP was on the program for about an hour, and talked about being convicted of armed robbery and kidnapping in Florida. MVP said he served 9 ½ years of an 18 ½ year sentence for robbing a cruise ship. He was in prison from 1991 to 2000. MVP said he is half black and half white. He talked about Chris Benoit taking an interest in his career prior to him coming to WWE. He said the MVP character is basically all his creation. MVP said he wears spandex because that is his preference. He said he doesnâ<80><99>t have any controversial tattoos. He hinted to a match with Matt Hardy at Wrestlemania.
