Another Complaint of TNA VIP Experience at Asbury Show

Thanks to Daniel Rosado for sending this in:

I wanted to let you know the horrible TNA show didn’t start and end with the BaseBrawl show last Friday. I went to the Asbury Park show on July 2nd and bought a "VIP" ticket, the most expensive ticket to the show, and the VIP part turned out to be crap. They let us in 1 hour early into the Boardwalk Convention Center. When everyone with the VIP tickets finally got in (took about 10 minutes), Don West then shilled us on what great deals TNA was having on all their merch that evening (same prices at every show) for another 15 minutes. From there we all stood around the guardrail as some wrestlers came out and signed our merch and took pics. This was nice but my main gripe was it all the mid-carders and women wrestlers – Robbie E, the British Invasion, Amazing Red, Crimson, Angelina Love, Cookie & Winter.

The only reason I bought a VIP ticket was so I could meet Ric Flair and he wasn’t there! Not only that but we didn’t even get one of the top tier stars – Angle, the Dudleyz, Kennedy or RVD to come out. By the time AJ Styles came out to do autographs, they started letting the general admission people in and I had to wait about 25 minutes to have AJ sign a DVD and keep the line moving. It sucked. Mickie James and Jeff Jarrett eventually did autograph signings but that too was for every fan. I paid extra money for VIP treatment and more specifically to meet Ric Flair but instead I got nothing special out of the experience.  I feel cheated.

Flair came out later in the night and gave a rather uninspired promo about how he buys a new Armani suit, like the one he was supposedly wearing, every time he’s gearing up to win another world title. His promo was all of 4 minutes before he went to the back, got his stuff and left through the arena. Bad job by TNA. If I knew who to complain to, I’d ask for at least a partial refund of my ticket price.
