AJ Styles vs Christopher Daniels
AJ goes for a quick roll up and Daniels kicks out then psyches himself up in the corner and puts AJ in a side headlock. AJ tries throwing him off the ropes to break it but Daniels meets him with an elbow, and AJ springs back up with a dropkick. Daniels backs him into the corner then AJ bodyslams him off the ropes and lands a flying forearm and punches Daniels in the corner. He positions Daniels for a vertical suplex, then hits it in the middle and Daniels immediately kicks out so AJ tries running the ropes. Daniels knocks him out of the ring with a heel kick then tries diving on AJ, but AJ beats him in the ring then jumps on Daniels from the apron.
They get back in the ring and AJ trips him and puts him in a deathlock, but Daniels makes it to the ropes and AJ picks him up only to get punched in the gut. Daniels runs at him but AJ counters him with a backbreaker/gutbuster combo then whips him into the corner and connects with a flying forearm. Daniels slides out of a suplex and kicks AJ in the head then follows it with a STO and a forearm and a dropkick. AJ gets his feet up in the corner and hits a springboard elbow for two, then picks Daniels up and they trade chops in the middle of the ring. Daniels kicks him, but AJ knocks him on the ground with a Pele kick, then AJ runs at him and floats over the top rope and goes for a dropdown DDT.
Daniels holds onto the ropes to block it, then picks him up for another move, but AJ tries powerbombing him and they counter each other with AJ avoiding Angel's Wings and Daniels avoiding a Styles Clash. AJ kicks him back and goes up to the top rope to attempt a springboard, but he slips and falls headfirst to the mat. Daniels sees the opportunity and goes right for the cover and gets the win, then AJ gets up and tries to shake his hand. Daniels thinks about it, then says no way, and leaves the ring with his arm raised and AJ is left standing in the ring looking surprised and disappointed.
